Please send the request from the email address associated with your Smart Bird ID account so we can verify the request.
What will be deleted
When we process your request, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with your Smart Bird ID account, including:
- Your account profile
- Your saved bird sightings and lists
- Photos, sounds, videos, or other media you submitted
- Other personal data associated with your account, where applicable
Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or app integrity purposes.
How long it takes
We will process account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request.
Deleting the app does not delete your account
Uninstalling Smart Bird ID from your device does not delete your account or associated data. To request deletion, please email hello@smartbirdid.com.
